Valencia Hall is a popular location for weddings, parties and weekday meetings. The Valencia Hall and historic General Store/Post Office are the last two remnants of Frederick Hihn's logging community of Valencia. Built by Hihn in the early 1880's, these historic buildings allowed the community to gather for a variety of events. Following in this tradition, Santa Cruz County Parks offers this unique facility for your special event.
A Center Reservation includes the use of the community hall and kitchen for your event. Valencia Hall is an indoor venue, however your brief ceremony may be held on the front patio and then afterwards all equipment needs to be moved back to the inside of the facility.
If you would like to visit Valencia Hall, you may drop-in daily during regular park hours, dawn until dusk, to view the exterior and peek in the windows however, if the venue is reserved, then you will not be able to walk up to the building or patio area. Individual tours are unavailable, however please contact us for viewing options. Valencia Hall is a one room facility that has large windows located on the front and sides of the building to make viewing very easy!
