The Watson Avenue event hall is for rent in the heart of Beaverton, Oregon, just a block from the City Park and fountain. Maximum capacity is 120 people seated at tables or 200 standing only. Total square footage is 2800 SF, plus access to a commercial kitchen, which can be used for catering prep, and accessible restrooms. This space is part of Bethel Congregational Church. There is a 440 square foot hardwood dance floor plus a stage for seating 4 to 5 musicians. We also have A/C units. Currently, we are not using our space for wedding ceremonies, however, wedding receptions are welcome, along with parties, showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, anniversaries, and more! The space can be used for small events also, and would be perfect for business meetings, receptions, and for pilates or yoga classes. We offer a nonprofit discount if you are a (501[c]3) organization.
