This was the caterer for my sister's wedding. I was very involved with the planning. They set the bar so high by providing me with a complete (this included ALL associated rental costs, staff, tip, and food) bid with in a week of our meeting. I assumed that it would be very expensive. Not the case, they worked with in my budget and came up with cost saving ideas. In fact they were one of the lower bids I received. I wanted a down home meal with fried chicken. They were the only catering company to come up with the idea of propane fryers so that they could cook it on site. They even let me taste both fresh fried chicken and room temperature fried chicken so that I could decide if spending the extra money to rent the fryers was worth it (it was). The food was amazing, the people were professional, and the prices were reasonable They even went out of there way to help me with things that had nothing to do with the catering, even though I didn't have them do the ""event planning"". They served my pies (from another vendor). Years later I still receive compliments on how good the food was and how nice the staff was. I can't say enough good things about this place. If food is an important part of your wedding you have to put this catering company on your list- I promise you won't be disappointed
