Edit my contact information/business listing
Sign in with your screen name and password. (If you do not have your screen name and password you may request it by following the instructions below.) Select the My Listing button at the top of the screen. The My Listing button can be found anytime by clicking the My Eventective link in the top right of your screen. From there you can: add current photos (.jpg photos) using the 'Images' tab; add text and update your contact information using the 'Edit' tab; update your preferences for receiving leads that match your business needs using the 'Leads' tab.

Update/request my username or password
Go to www.eventective.com to search for your listing by city and state. Then click into your detail listing and select the blue 'Edit this Listing' link to the right of your website picture or photo. Enter the security code and an email will be sent to the email address where you currently receive leads. Click on the link in this email to sign-in and register with a custom screen name and password.

Get a refund for leads I've purchased
With Eventective's No-Risk Guarantee, if a lead proves to be invalid we will refund 100% of our fee as a credit for future lead purchases. To request a refund, please log in to "My Eventective" with your screen name and password. On the "My Leads" screen, select the "Refund Requested" link for the invalid lead. Your refund will be processed within one business day and will appear as a credit that can be applied to future lead purchases.

View leads I've purchased
You can view all your leads at anytime by Signing in with your screen name and password. Click the My Leads button at the top of the screen. The My Leads button can be found anytime by clicking the My Eventective link in the top right of your screen. In this window you can select 'View/Buy' to purchase leads; view details and planner emails for purchased leads; and request a refund for invalid leads you've already purchased.

Purchase leads using my pre-paid /credit balance
To purchase leads against your prepaid credit or to view your account balance, you must be Signed in with your screen name and password. . Click the My Leads button at the top of the screen. The My Leads button can be found anytime by clicking the My Eventective link in the top right of your screen. On the 'My Leads' page, select the 'View/Buy' option to purchase a lead and the amount will automatically be deducted from your pre-paid/credit balance.

Create a Pre-Paid Credit Account
Sign in with your screen name and password. Click the My Leads button at the top of the screen. The My Leads button can be found anytime by clicking the My Eventective link in the top right of your screen. Select the 'add to your account balance' link. Enter your credit card information and the pre-paid balance you'd like.

Review my Account Balance
You can view your account balance for your prepay credit account anytime by Signing in with your screen name and password. Click the My Account button at the top of the screen. The My Account button can be found anytime by clicking the My Eventective link in the top right of your screen.

Upgrade my listing
Search for your listing by city, state on www.eventective.com. Click into your detail listing and select the yellow "Upgrade this listing' button to learn more about our advertising rates for your listing.
