75 % of entire event budget is required before any work can be done on your project.
There is NO Charge for initial NON COMMERCIAL consultations.
Events ARE preferred to be within the immediate Kingston area , however XCHANGE Media Promotions & Special Events WILL gladly handle ANY projects outside of the immediate area. A slight cost may be involved for travel and accomodation (if applicable)
* a certificate ensuring that a minimum of $ 1,000,00. insurance / liabillity is required for any public events. This is the sole responsibillity or the client.
