Other booking notes: We offer a "free" tasting session for up to 4 people. There is NO travel fee for up to 90 miles outside of Sioux Falls, SD. Booking events now for 2009, 2010 & 2011. Just 15% down will hold your date and balance is due 1 week prior to your event date. We bring in chaffing dishes. We use "real plates & silverware". We set up the buffet, serve the head table(s) bus the tables and clean up before we leave. Average price range $10 per plate plus tax and 15% gratuity.
