Booking Restrictions & Information
Service types accepted: Promotional and Customized Gifts
Other booking notes: Nuthouse Notes requires a 30 day turn-around from contract for the event to have the time to prepare the custom porcelain items. Names for place cards and/or napkin holders may be added to the list up to 10 days in advance of shipping date. Rush orders for menus, napkin holders and ornaments will be accepted up to 15 days prior to the event, no changes can be made to original list of names, non-refundable deposit required and no additions 5 days before event. The items may be picked up from Nuthouse Notes if arranged in advance, otherwise the items will be shipped by fastest means available.
