Other booking notes: As we are a small 3 room Bed & Breakfast that can accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests, therefore we are only able to accomodate small gatherings here at our B&B, located in Kingston, Ontario. Please do not send us leads unless the group is interested in having their small intimate gathering at our B&B. We have a dining room that can accommodate a maximum of 8 for a meal and an adjoining guest sitting room that can seat 8 guests comfortably. We also have an outside deck that can comfortably accommodate 16 people as it's quite large.
