My specialty is formal in-home entertaining. This usually means multiple-course meals for 2 to 16 guests or an elegant cocktail party for up to 35 guests. All the cooking is done in your home, however I can provide everything needed to create the event (all my own cookware, of course, but also china, flatware, crystal, candles, flowers, etc.) Uniformed service staff available. *** I also do team-building cooking lessons, private lessons, and food & wine pairing classes.
