We are a husband and wife culinary team. We have formal culinary training and have spent a combined 25 years working in four and five diamond AAA rated hotels in Las Vegas. We decided to leave Las Vegas to start a small catering business. We offer personal service like no one else can with our background complying and exceeding AAA standards. One of the main reasons we left the Hotel Business world is to work directly with the customer, nothing pleases a Chef more than making guests happy with food.
