Last night I decided that I wanted to bring flowers to a friend's birthday party, so I called at 6:30 to find out how late New Leaf would be open. The recording said that the shop would close at 7, and I knew I wouldn't get there in time, so I hung up and tried to come up w/a plan B. Moments later, my phone rang - it was Daniel from New Leaf! He had seen the missed call on his phone and wanted to see if there was any way he could help me. When I explained the reason for my call, he said that he would be there until 7:15 or 7:30 anyway, so if I wanted to describe what I was looking for, he'd be happy to put a bouquet together for me to pick up. We walked into the shop at 7:30, and Daniel presented us with a GORGEOUS bunch of flowers for an incredibly reasonable price ($30 for tulips and hyacinths and greens, all wrapped up beautifully - it was stunning!!). I already knew that I liked New Leaf, but now I will definitely go out of my way to get our flowers there!! Daniel insisted that it wasn't a big deal, but it was to us. Thank you, New Leaf!
