We chose "Bravo Catering" for our wedding, because we heard good things about them in the past. We had a fairly large wedding, which meant that we had to provide a lot of food at once. Also, the caterer had to be capable of serving the food hot and in a timely manner to a lot of people all at once, while already preparing for the dessert in the background. Bravo Catering was able to manage this with no big problems. Once they ran out of a certain type of meat, but were able to fill the pan fairly quickly. The guests seemed absolutely satisfied with their food, as well as the service. Furthermore, I loved the communication and service that was provided to us, my husband and I, while doing all the paperwork and picking the foods we would like to have served. It was a great experience with a lot of delicious tasting and fun. However, business got done also fairly quickly with no delays. What I particularly valued while working with Bravo Catering was the fact that they always verified any changes or uncertainties with us first. I felt taken seriously and was able to be aware of the whole process.
