Have your Birthday Party or Shower during operating hours include wristbands for a maximum of 40 guests and unlimited rides on the Carousel during your two hours in our party gallery room. Tables and chairs for 40 guests are provided, along with a food table and a present table. Bring your own food, order pizza, or choose from our long list of approved caterers. The cost is $300 for the two-hour daytime party slot. The Carousel is open to the public during these hours, but the gallery room is closed for your privacy. Parties can be booked any day except Monday when we are closed. Contact us to book your party.

The Carousel is available for private rental Tuesday-Sunday after 4:30 pm. The rental time must include setup and breakdown time. The rental fee for an 6 hour event begins at $1400 with a separate $500 security deposit. The fee includes the use of the outdoor patio and Carousel rides. The $500 security deposit will be refunded to you after your event, assuming there is no damage to the facility and all rental and catering fees have been received. The facility rental fee does not include tables, chairs, linens or glassware and does not included any fees associated with catering.

Meeting, Reunion, or any Special Event evening rentals are $250 per hour with a minimum of four hours. The Gallery Room holds 200 guests, the outdoor patio holds 350 guests, and carousel rides are included. We have a list of caterers with everything from a food truck to a formal dinner. Remember when booking to include the setup and clean-up time.
