Weddings, stag-N-does, birthdays, bridal/ baby showers, corporate events, religious ceremonies, receptions, holiday parties, charity fundraisers, & more. Our main banquet (large) hall has a legal capacity of 376 people, that can be seated at up to spread 40, five-foot round tables you setup, with lots of space still available for a dance area. We also have a Members’ (small) hall with a legal capacity of 111 people, mainly as standing only (and approximately 60 people for dining with tables and chairs, but no dance area). Both halls are available for renting by both members and non-members, with qualifying members having discounted pricing. If you would like to enquire about renting one of our halls, please go to our Rentals page on our website and complete the request for information form there... if you click on "Request Pricing" button here, please be sure to include the following details in the "Description" area: (you may want to copy and paste the below before clicking on the "Request Pricing" button to ensure your consider all items in order to expedite a response from us): - the date of your event; - which one (or both) of our halls you are interested in; - the type of event you would like to host; - the hours will you require our hall (please be sure to consider set-up and take-down times); - the approximate number of guests you are expecting; - do you require our catering services (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE); - will you need to use our kitchen equipment for cooking or warming (i.e.: stove, oven, microwave, refrigeration, etc.); - will you need kitchen space for food set-up and prep; - will you be hosting your own bar or will you want to use our cash bar; and, - will you be providing live and/ or recorded music during your event and will your guests be permitted to dance. Please be advised that no date will be secured for any rental until our rental contract is signed and a non-refundable deposit, of approximately 50% of the rental contract price, is received.  Note that we accept cash, cheque, debit/ INTERAC, and e-transfer for rental deposits (no credit cards are accepted at this time).
