The Main Lodge is perfect for smaller events like baby showers, birthday parties, and small weddings. while the Wedding/Event Center has ample space for larger weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties. Or, combine them for your perfect event, Rain or Shine! They are adjacent to one another with large, shared lakeside patios. Each is nestled between private spring-fed lakes in a wooded setting w/ running brooks and waterfalls. Meadow Lake Ranch is EASY to find and just 15 minutes from Tulsa. It is very private, has stunning views, and ample parking, and features a long list of available activities in case you would like to entertain your guests. Activities include Cowboy Skills, Campfires, Hayrides, Corn Hole, Ranch Tours, BirdWatch Trails, Pistol, Rifle Shooting, and more. We are easy to get along with... you may bring your own alcohol or hire a bartending service, and you may bring your own food or hire an outside caterer.

The Main Lodge at Meadowlake Ranch is a 1,600 square frame building with a high-pitch roof, and tall ceilings. It features six bathrooms, an office/dressing room, a small kitchen, and a utility room. The main room features six large windows overlooking private lakes and limestone bluffs. Ample seating for up to 75 guests indoors with additional seating on the adjacent patio for 200+.

A 2000 square foot open space with wood walls and beautiful stained concrete floors. It features a stone fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and Peavey sound system. Ample seating for up to 200 at tables, and for up to 250 gallery-style. Outdoors the Event Center has a large patio with a central stone fire pit, gardens, ponds, and a running brook with a series of tinkling waterfalls. The Event Center Rental always includes the use of the Meadowlake Ranch Main Lodge as well. The Main Lodge is a 1600 sq foot space with a full kitchen, 4 bathrooms, an office/dressing room, and 3 lakeside patios. The venue is a rustic lodge with wood walls, a tin roof, and wood floors. It is surrounded on 3 sides by large windows overlooking a stunning array of private spring-fed lakes amid limestone bluffs.
