Chef Vincent and his wife, Teri, opened the restaurant in July 1997 and it's one of "the" places to dine in the Winter Park and Orlando areas. Chef Vincent is dedicated to excellent food with an emphasis on quality. Vincent was the top graduating apprentice from culinary school in Clermont Ferrand, France.
