I've used this florist a few times, and each time, they have exceeded my expectations with quality, value, and customer service. They are also conveniently located just down the street from me. I take comfort in the fact that they have remained in business since the 40’s, yet I can certainly see why every time I order from them. Their customer service skills are commendable to say the least, and they seem to hire only qualified, competent employees. My most recent order from them was in mid-July for my best friend’s birthday party. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else to order the things I needed, expecting the kind of quality my best friend deserved. I also like the fact that I can order either via faxing it in, online, or of course over the phone. I'm busy a lot, and don't always have time to accommodate people that I also have to pay. I have visited other floral shops in the past, but honestly just received a bit of a rude response to a simple question I had asked about an order I wanted to make. I really felt like they didn’t care to have my business. However, that has never been the case with Ferrari Florist & Gifts, but rather just the opposite. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great quality met with unmatched customer service!
