Our hotel in Richardson, TX boasts a prime north Dallas location in the Richardson Telecom Corridor just minutes from the University of Texas at Dallas. Our fabulous ballrooms have hosted many wonderful events and would be the ideal location for your affair.
We have over 13,000 square feet of meeting space with our largest ballroom being able to accommodate up to 420 people for a sit-down dinner. Our largest dance floor is 30x30 which offers plenty of room for your guests to dance the night away. We do have all of our own audiovisual equipment and each room comes with its own drop-down projector screen so you can do a presentation of photos displayed on the big screen or have your personal or company emblem displayed for all to see. The hotel even has its own pipe and draping, as well as plenty of staging to create a runway or platform for those very important times where you want to elevate certain VIPs. We even have black and white chair covers along with colored chair sashes and linens that can be rented for those special occasions that require just a little bit more than the norm.
