I have recommended Princess Limo to friends in the past, and will recommend them here! I used them for a bachelorette party this past summer for 14 women. First impressions: They answered their phone immediately; I did not have to leave a message and wait for a sales representative to call me back. They gave me helpful and accurate information over the phone! Which was a huge help when calling around to a few companies trying to get real information, pricing, etc. so that I can find the best price and service for our night out. They were very helpful in answering my questions about seating arrangements and amenities inside the limo. Additionally, they did not have any hidden fees associated with the rental, what they quote you and what is in your contract are the same price, and there are no "cleaning fees" or "fuel tax" tacked on at the end. What I appreciated the most was that they seemed genuinely interested in helping me plan a great night out for my girlfriends - they have a "red carpet" service for bachelorette parties, which included a champagne toast to start our night. Our driver was clean, friendly, and very professional. The only negative thing I would have to say about Princess, is that our driver, while very nice, was new (so new that we were his first customers), and at one point in the evening we had to pull out our phones and give him directions to one of the clubs we were going to. If the sales representative was so concerned with us having a fabulous night, I wish they could have gone that extra step to make sure our driver had everything he needed to get us to the places we wanted to go.
