I first used Arrow Limousine for a ride to Newark Airport almost 16 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. Since then, I've used them for work-related travel, airport runs, several weddings (including my own!), a bachelorette party in NY and a few trips to Atlantic City. Every single time they have performed exactly as promised. Never once have they been late, even in inclement weather or when area traffic has been unusually bad. The folks that run the dispatch center are pleasant to talk with on the phone and actually put some feeling into their conversations unlike some places that sound so mechanical. They offer some great package deals which I believe are unique to the industry, one if which is their ""TNT Tune up and Travel"" package. If your personal car is in need of minor repairs at a time when you need to go out of town, you can drop your car with them, catch a ride to the airport, and they'll have your car repaired for when you return. I think this is such an innovative way to provide an additional service that could otherwise be quite inconvenient. The town cars and limousines we've used have been clean and comfortable. The drivers are well-dressed, courteous and responsive. The stretch limousines that we used for weddings were nicely equipped and well-stocked. We were able to bring our own beverages and they provided ice and glasses. I use them whenever I have a need for a car service as I know I won't be disappointed.
