Our wedding was catered by the Primavera Regency and the food was by far the greatest wedding food that we have ever eaten. Our guests have not stopped raving since the moment that they first tasted the lobster ravioli, stir fry station, honey roasted ham, and prime rib. We also had food ranging from sushi to filet mignon. Every single item on the menu was fantastic! The Primavera Regency catered our entire affair from appetizers all the way through dessert. The dessert bar was highlighted by a chocolate lava cake station and Viennese station. The Viennese station included freshly baked French and Italian pastries which were absolutely amazing! The catering staff was as amazing as the food. Our guests were treated to food prepared as they liked it and the staff had absolutely no problems with accommodating individual needs and desires. The staff was always very friendly and courteous at all times. Vegetarians were also taken care of with fantastic foods such as eggplant parmigiana and grilled vegetable lasagna. Overall, the Primavera Regency provided a fantastic product at a price that was very reasonable for the service provided. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Primavera Regency to anyone who needs a caterer for their wedding or other special occasion. We can only hope that when our kids get married, they choose the Primavera Regency for their caterer so that we can again taste the fantastic food that made our wedding reception such an amazing day.
