Photo Album online for viewing/purchase posts within 19 days of event & payment in full. 30 days from pif for layaway contracts.
Contract items mailed within 30 days of event, payment in full, and print choices tendered. For edited movie please allow 90 days. The price above includes a 5% discount for cash or check payment.Credit card payments will be the standard price of price above plus 5%.
A change of date is allowed providing availability, an additional $300 deposit is to be paid for a new contract.
Change to peak date may result in higher price. Please call for details.
Any & all forced or distance-necessary parking fees,and/or forced tolls or are to be paid by contractee (the couple) on the wedding day.
All payments are to be made to our CPA (see above), if paying by check on your wedding day, please make payable to him.
We only accept imprinted, unaltered checks. Returned checks and/or late pays accrue a non-negotiable $100 fee, plus $10 per business day after the first week. A late returned check accrues a $200 fee.Late layaway pays accrue a $25 fee per week, staring on first late non-Sunday.
Cancellation of this contract may be made may be made no later than 4 months from event date, by the aforementioned "party below" for a non-negotiable new payment of $300 due at notification.
No negative price alteration may be made to this contract. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
DJ sevices require a dedicated 1 hour setup time. Ceremony music requires a dedicated 20 min tear down time. Lasers require 2 hrs. setup.
That's Amore cannot initiate cancellation of this contract,but may suspend it and re-book contract date with other party, if contract couple indicates a date change is possible, before the additional $300 necessary deposit is paid for a new contract with the new date.
That's Amore may use photos/videos for advertising purposes without compensation.
Contractor is not responsible for nor liable for wedding day "Acts of Nature","Acts of Criminals","Acts of Authorties",nor mechanical failure.
Your placing of a deposit constitutes your digital signature and finalizes this bi-lateral contract.
