Your wedding day is a very special once in a lifetime event. There is so much to do and think about that at times it can be quite an overwhelming experience. Executive Events Of Houston would love to help you so that you can relax and enjoy the whole experience.
Our Day Of Event Coordination has three phases, the pre-wedding, the wedding, and the post-wedding. With the pre-wedding we provide unlimited support via phone and email for all wedding questions, Up to one consultation/planning meeting, receiving all vendor contracts 14 days prior to the wedding, assessing all event arrangements/contracts to identify deficiencies, creation of a timeline and itinerary for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, etc.
The wedding day includes wedding day coverage of one lead consultant and two assistant consultants, on-site troubleshooter to ensure bride and groom are stress-free, provide "Emergency Kit" for the wedding day, assist in the delivery of the wedding day attire for the bride, instruct the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding day duties, etc.
The post-wedding includes delivery of the guest book and throw-away bouquet to the reception site, directing a 2 hour reception, directing the cake cutting ceremony, etc.

Executive Events Of Houston is dedicated to providing our clients with stellar service. EEOH makes every effort to ensure our customers satisfaction. In order to do that we ask that you make sure that the package you are signing up for is what you want. When you sign up for a package and select a date and time EEOH blocks that date on our event calendar. If an effort to guarantee our clients the best service in the industry we will not cancel an event. In the event that you cancel an event you are subject to the EEOH refund policy. Please note the EEOH consultation fee is non-refundable.
