PURE ESSENCE ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for any medical problems caused by lights, lasers, speakers or equipment provided by PURE ESSENCE ENTERTAINMENT.
This event can only be controlled by both the PURE ESSENCE ENTERTAINMENT representative and the SIGNED APPLICANT (and anyone listed on this application to have control of said event.) This is a rain or shine event. Should the PURE ESSENCE ENTERTAINMENT representative be unable to perform this event, prior notice will be given to the SIGNED APPLICANT, and a suitable replacement be provided. Should there be no one available as a replacement, all payment provided by the SIGNED APPLICANT will be fully refunded. If the event is cancelled by the Applicant for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. Should there be a request for extra time outside of the scheduled time of this event, it will be billed at $100 per hour. This hour begins at beginning of that new hour, and cannot be divided into segments unless an agreement is made by the applicant, and the PURE ESSENCE ENTERTAINMENT representative. Payment is due prior to the new hour start time. Please note that the price quoted includes Set-up and Breakdown times. Set-up and breakdown times may vary depending upon equipment listed on the invoice and contract, and is taken into consideration to this event. Should there be a request for extra time outside of the scheduled event, the hours requested will take into account the additional time for breakdown and billed at the standard rate of $100 per hour.
