Reservation: To perform on the date stated above, a retainer equal to 1/2 of this contract is required. To secure the date, the contract and retainer must be received by AJ Productions.
Payment: AJ Productions accepts Visa, Master Card, Checks, or Cash. If paying by check make check payable to AJ Productions. Balance Due will be paid in full before the start of the event. Overtime can be contracted at the time of the event at a rate of $50.00 an hour.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be received in writing from client. The retainer will not be refunded. Depending on the particulars AJ Productions
may provide a credit toward other services. If client cancels 30 days or less prior to the event then the full amount of this contract is due.
Limitations of Liability: If AJ Productions fails to perform as scheduled, due to circumstances beyond the control of AJ Productions (i.e. Illness, accident, theft or vandalism of equipment, Act of God or nature) the amount of damages paid to or suffered by the client will be limited to the amount(s) paid to AJ Productions (i.e. refund of retainer or total paid to date) and not to exceed the agreed upon amount of this contract. The Client agrees to forfeit all punitive damages under these circumstances. AJ Productions will make an attempt to find a replacement.
Client Provided Music: If the client provides compact discs to play music from, AJ Productions will not take responsibility for the content, them being lost, damaged, or stolen.
Meals: The client will provide a meal for the personnel if one is served.
