Terms of Agreement
1. Minimum deposit of 25% required to bind terms. Cash, Pay Pal or check payable to
Michael Swerdloff.
2. Any deposit received in non-refundable.
3. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this
agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days
notice is given. In the event that DJ Mystical Michael becomes unable to provide services due to complications beyond its control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on. In any case the total liability for non-performance shall not exceed the contracted price for the service.
5. Any and all information or details must be communicated before one week preceding the performance.
6. DJ Mystical Michael shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with DJ Mystical Michael. Furthermore, the party(s) contracting DJ Mystical Michael agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of DJ Mystical Michael property.
7. The parties purchasing the services of to allow DJ Mystical Michael to use
pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
8. Final Payment shall be received one week prior to the performance.
9. Final Payments not received one week prior to the performance shall result in a
cancellation with no refund of Reservation Fee. Cancellation 1 month or more prior to the
event shall result in a 50% Reservation Fee Refund.
10. Exclusive Rights- It is understood that DJ Mystical Michael is the exclusive DJ retained to provide the services specified in this contract.
11. Programming- DJ Mystical Michael is granted full programming control by the client regarding all aspects of the performance of this product, with client input desired and necessary.
12. If a particular song is not at the performance, it is at the sole discretion of the DJ of the event to review the song before discerning if it will be played.
