The Leopold offers a discounted rate for non-profits. Our facility is available the full day (9am to 12 am) for events held Monday through Thursday for a rate of $450. The event space accommodates 250 seated and 448 standing.

Facility fee includes:
- Use of the room
- 18 60-inch round tables
- 17 6-foot buffet tables
- 250 chairs

A projector screen and sound system are available, for no extra charge. Risers are available upon request.

The Leopold requires security for all events which continue after 9pm, are serving alcohol or upon Leopold Management’s request. The Leopold contracts with Whatcom Security, with a four-hour minimum. Renters are required to show proof of security booked with Whatcom Security prior to event.

We do not provide large disposal receptacles for events. Recycling and food plus containers are located for your use in the alley, behind the Leopold.
