You’ve dreamed of this day, you know what you want and you like to plan. This is the service for you. You take care of the details leading up to your wedding and turn it over to us for your wedding day coordination.
Day of Coordination includes:
- Meet with the bride and groom about 2 months before the event
- Unlimited email and phone communication
- Review vendor contracts and confirm all the details with your vendors
- Visit the event site and discuss with you ideas for a flawless setting
- Create a detailed timeline for you vendors based upon your requirements
- Access to our Emergency kit
- Rehearsal coordination
- Coordinate the day of your wedding from beginning to end including set up, assisting with details for seating, table arrangements, and clean-up
We believe in providing only the best service for you. While our package is for day of, if you have questions along the way, are stressed and just need to talk, or help with a referral we are there.

Signed Letter of Agreement and initial investment of $295 to reserve your wedding date. Sixty days prior to your wedding date, 50% of the balance is due and the remaining investment due 30 days prior to your date.
Travel expenses are additional and determined based on location.
