Full Service Planning and Coordination - For the Bride who wants help planning it all

- All services listed in weekend coordination*, plus:
- Creation of wedding binder with comprehensive timeline
- Development and management of customized budget and timeline
- Creation of event task list
- Schedule and attendance of vendor appointments (time/location mutually agreed upon)
- Vendor liaison
- RSVP management with limited invitation mailing service
- Design room layout and concept
- Hotel room blocks for out of town guests
- Bridal portrait attendance
- One-hour consulting meeting per each month prior to wedding
- Create announcements for paper if required
- Assist with creation of menu, floor plans, music selection and invitations and programs
- Attend one-hour walk through meeting with each vendor

Payment Policies
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one half the total package price or agreed upon is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment is due at the last planning session. • Checks are payable to Cecibelle GlamEvents• A $30 late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks. All additional meetings outside those agreed upon will carry and extra charge of $55 per visit

Terms/Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon fulfillment of the services required by this letter of agreement.

Changes/Cancellations
The Letter of agreement may be changed in writing and signed by all parties. This agreement may be canceled, in writing, for any reason. If the Party is canceled, refunds will be limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. Only if the agreement is canceled less than ten (10) days before the event– Except in extenuating circumstances– will there be no refund.

Acts of God
Should acts of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity cause the cancellation of the Party; we will require payment only for the time actually spent planning the event.
