Twin Maples Farmhouse is the ideal place for a bridal or baby shower, surprise birthday party or an engagement party.

Our Party Package is for 3 hour blocks any day of the week between 4 P.M. and 10 P.M.

Do you feel 3 hours isn't long enough for your party, set up and clean up? Additional hours can be added at the cost of $50.00 for each additional hour.

Property must be left in same condition as found after events. All parties are required to clean after use including emptying trash outside.

A “Hold the Date” deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required when the booking is confirmed.

If it rains, a tent will be necessary for parties over 50 people

Add three hours use of a historic trolley for $475.00

Add a horse and carriage ride for $500.00

Add one golf cart rental for the day of the event for $125.00

Cancellation Policy:

More than six (6) months prior to contracted Event date: If the event is cancelled outside of six (6) months prior to the contracted event date 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. All refunds for cancellations will be issued by the Contracted Event Date.

Less than six (6) months prior to contracted Event date: If the event is cancelled inside of six (6) months prior to the contracted event date, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the event is rescheduled with Twin maples, 80% of the original deposit amount will be applied to the deposit amount for the new contracted event. If rescheduled to the next year, the next year prices will apply. If a rescheduled event is cancelled NO REFUND is issued.

Inclement Weather: In the event of severely inclement weather, 80% of the payment may be used on another available date. Any rental items contracted will be charged regardless of weather. If Client should select not to re-book the event on another available date, no refund will be provided, as inclement weather is not the responsibility of Twin Maples. Twin Maples is not responsible for weather related interruptions or inconveniences.
