Deposit is non-refundable and must be paid before supplies are ordered. Cancellations will result in a 50% penalty and will not be accepted within 15 days of the event. Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Cash, credit card or certified checks are accepted. Orders placed between July 15 and October 31, 2012 receive a 25% discount; orders placed between November 1 and November 30 receive a 15% discount, orders placed between December 1 and 15 receive a 10% discount. No orders are accepted after December 10 and delivery must be taken within 72 hours or 3 business days of completion. Orders not picked up by this time will incur a storage fee of $25 per day due upon actual delivery.
