Two secluded ceremony sites are available, both similarly picturesque in their own unique way. The first, Aspen Wedding Terrace, features a cobblestone path, mature trees, stacked red pave stone, and theater-style bench seating, complemented by an exquisite ceremony arbor. This secluded woodland provides the ideal romantic atmosphere for a mountain wedding. The second, Evergreen Wedding Terrace, includes tan sandstone steps leading up to a beautiful clearing with sandstone-colored pavers, a light wood arbor, and benches. It is smaller in size than Aspen, creating an intimate space in a setting of tall trees and flowering shrubs, the light gently illuminating the scene in the afternoons and evenings.

For the rest of your big day, choose between the Upper and Lower Levels to complete your celebrations (or ask us about a full buy-out during the off-season). Both feature a complete package: cocktail area, stunning grand hall, easily accessible bar, picturesque terrace, and spectacular wall-to-wall windows.

The Upper Level reception space displays tray ceilings, dark wood floors, neutral décor, and views of the meadow and green trees. The cocktail area and two adjacent rooms are suitable for setting up buffets, photo booths, and more. You can step outside onto the terrace, fitted with romantic bistro lights and space heaters, and overlook the Rocky Mountain foothills. 

The Lower Level reception space displays a mountain-rustic aesthetic, including wood art installations, farm-style doors, and dark wood flooring. Guests will appreciate the panoramic forest views, natural lighting, and the stone fireplace. Cocktails and conversations will take place outside on the lower terrace, with a gorgeous bar surrounded by flourishing flora and fauna.
