Walid was amazing! We had a concert pickup which was bound to be chaotic. He communicated with me to let me know exactly where he was and navigated us home with ease. He was so friendly, kind, and came prepared with a phone cord, water, and snacks for us. Where has Walid been all my life? We have used Luxury Ride for two round trips to the airport. Drivers are friendly and professional. Vehicles are spotless. Nice system of email/text with 2 hr. notice that driver is on the way with his cell number  and another when he arrives for pick up. Keith was our dirver and he was amazng.  The Suburban was immaculate and we had pently of room for our luggage.  We were ahead of time going to the wharf for our curise and we were picked up earlier than our planned time on the way back. Wonderful service. We received a few confirmations in the form of text messages and emails which was very helpful! The car arrived 10 mins before the requested time. Hamid and Luxury Fast Ride have always gone over snd above with there services for me, my family and friends. Not only are they always in time, they have been especially considerate with my elderly relatives in helping with luggage snd getting them checked in at the airport. I will always be grateful to them for picking up my sister from the hospital in a snow storm and making sure she was properly settled in her apartment. This went well beyond what was expected.
