The Olympic Natural Resources Center, a campus of the University of Washington, is located in Forks, WA on Washington’s scenic Olympic Peninsula. The facility, surrounded by an abundant and lush temperate forest, offers modern meeting and lodging facilities in a rustic, peaceful setting.

Meeting spaces include several large, medium, and small meeting rooms, great for gatherings of up to 100 people with smaller breakout sessions. 

  • Hemlock Forest Conference Room seats up to 70 guests at tables in conference style or up to 100 guests theater-style.
  • Social Hall seats up to 64 diners; attached is a communal kitchen which is a wonderful space for groups to gather.
  • Cedar Room and additional break out space provide ample opportunities to meet in a small group setting.

Dormitory and Apartment Lodging

  • Dormitory and apartment lodging accommodations for up to 40 guests.
  • Apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, desks, sofas, dining tables, and chairs. Apartments have attached bathroom facilities with showers.
  • Dormitory rooms include bunk beds, desks, and dressers. Dorm lodgers will find restrooms and showers conveniently located next to the dorms.

  • Animal policy. All animals accompanying ONRC users/guests must be in compliance with UW Administrative Policies concerning service animals on campus.
  • ONRC strives to be fragrance-free. The use of candles, incense, smoking/vaping, essential oils, and strong fragrance inside the facility is prohibited.
