Madison Children’s Museum is a beautiful, unique, and unforgettable space for important moments and celebrations. The museum hosts whimsical weddings, big birthdays, festive family reunions, creative corporate parties, and out-of-the-ordinary fun.

Quick facts on rentals at MCM

• Events require a minimum of three weeks lead time
• Our top capacity is 750
• Prices for most rentals range from $4,250 to $10,400
• Nonprofits receive a 30% discount
• Prices are determined by number of floors reserved and day of the week
• MCM packages include space, tables, chairs, professional security staff, basic AV equipment—and basic planning
• Not included in MCM packages: Food, drink, linens—and day-of event coordination
• All alcohol service is arranged through Chef Dave Madison
• We have a list of preferred/recommended caterers, but you can choose any capable caterer
• The facility rental program at MCM offers a way for the broader community to enjoy the museum, and for the museum to supplement its Access for Everyone program, offering free or discounted admission and memberships to families
