Welcome to Montesino, Spanish for “mountain destiny”.
We are a 225 acre working ranch, located 3 miles outside of Wimberley. Opening Montesino only on select weekends gives us the pleasure of sharing our special place with you.
Our ranch offers exceptional Hill Country geography with unique, rustic architecture, using native and reclaimed materials. Choosing the perfect settings here for your occasion are usually a heartfelt process; as we share with you our Montesino architecture, so intricately sited onto the native land.
Only one event per weekend is scheduled, therefore setup and breakdown may occur at a relaxed pace. We view your wedding as a family reunion that shouldn’t be rushed!
