- The awards music was well timed and perfectly executed. It allowed me to concentrate on the script and presentation of the awards. This month, 560 happy insurance brokers from ARAG Insurance Group returned to Germany from Las Vegas, concluding one of the most important and complex programs we have ever conducted. It was a challenge for my staff and myself to look after such a large number of incentive participants at one time during our stay in Las Vegas. I now know that this program, under your supervision was an outstanding success. There were no weak points at all and the operation went like clockwork. Your experience and professionalism were apparent throughout the program, with the client’s interests always at the center of your attention.
The highlight of the trip was our excursion to the Grand Canyon. I’m sure it is quite a rare occurrence to see 560 people transported to and from Grand Canyon in one day- in AIRPLANES! Your organization and planning the complicated logistics made the success of this trip. It was a moving site to watch all the planes lined up like pearls on a string flying into Grand Canyon airport. All of the participants judged this day to be the absolute highlight of their stay, particularly since it all went so smoothly.
