PARIS CATERERS x WHITE HALL

A LETTER IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS

"I don't know where to start to thank you for doing such a stellar job catering and decorating the tables for Margaret and Gibb's wedding.  When I looked into the tent as we arrived, the scene took my breath away.  It looked so lovely.

Words aren't enough about the food.  The raw bar with the ice sculpture was fun and so icy-fresh and colorful on a warm summer day.  I have heard so many compliments about the food that even yesterday I had a friend write to me that if there was a heaven of food, it is southern comfort food and that she is still dreaming of the corn pudding and mac and cheese.  She is a vegetarian or I would be adding the fried chicken which I am still dreaming of!  All the stations were so gorgeous and more importantly, delicious!  Another friend of mine raved about the salmon.  I am receiving notes which you should see because of all the compliments that reflect your and your team's hard work.

I have had some friends tell me that if they had it to do over again, they would try to have more fun at their daughter's wedding.  They secretly told me that most of the day was fairly stressful.  I can honestly say that Jim and I and the rest of our family just loved every minute and knew that you would do an amazing job and did not worry since we had that peace of mind.

I really can not thank you enough.  Once we get some pictures, if you want any, I will share them with you.  I would have written sooner but kind of crashed last week and then picked up a bug that is just now lifting.

Thank you as much as I can express.

Love,

Elizabeth Reid"
