Our Services

Before Your Event
At your private tasting, you will have an opportunity to taste the menu that you developed. This step is imperative for all of us because we want you to feel comfortable with your selections. Remember you can mix and match items from the proposal to create your perfect meal.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- 4–7 hors d’oeuvres
- 1 salad
- 2–3 entrees
- 1 starch side
- 1 vegetable side
Our private tastings are complimentary for two guests and any additional guests will be $20 each. We offer our tastings Mondays through Thursdays, for either lunch or dinner time. At your tasting, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your selected menu, and we will go through your entire proposal to finalize the contract. We will also show you our displays, linen selections, and china options.
Four weeks before your reception, we will meet you at your selected venue to finalize the timeline, table arrangements, and reception logistics. This step ensures that we fully understand your vision and can orchestrate confidently the day of your wedding.
