We have been catering for three decades and each event brings more knowledge & experience. We prepare for each event as if it were ours personally. We take the same amount of care in making the side dishes as we do the entrées. The hors d’oeuvres will be housemade not pre-purchased and reheated. The vegetables will be fresh, not canned, the salad will be made with leaf or Romaine lettuce. The desserts will be made with the finest ingredients - real butter, heavy cream, imported chocolate, etc. The meats will be handpicked, marinated in our housemade marinades, grilled, roasted, or baked, and served with amazing sauces freshly prepared with demi-glace, no pre-packaged gravies. We truly care about the taste and presentation of the foods we serve and often when we cater an event the guests come to us to thank us for the amazing food!
