Our large Spangler Pavilion is perfect for your ceremony or reception.
The Porterfield Dairy Barn is refurbished and rustic for those smaller ceremonies or rehearsal dinners. Complete with a commercial kitchen for your caterer.
The Meador building with its wrap around porch and stone fireplace can host any large event.

This package includes the venue for the day (10 hours) to include a 1 hour ceremony time and 4 hour event time. Extra hours for set up and take down/clean up & walk through with venue management staff.

Our basic package includes three of our most popular buildings for your event. Meador building, Porterfield building, and the timber-framed Pavilion. It also includes suites for the bride and groom to get ready in, a Commerical grade kitchen with a large refrigerator, our gorgeous wrap-around porch, a stone fireplace, and a complimentary night for the newlyweds in our Car Caboose Bed & Breakfast.

This package includes the venue for the day (10 hours) to include a 1 hour ceremony time and 4 hour event time. Extra hours for set up and take down/clean up & walk through with venue management staff.

This inclusive package consists of all the amenities from the basic package and includes tables, chairs, and tablecloths for 100 guests. It also includes pre-event staff set up of tables or turnaround of rental space during the venue (i.e. the ceremony and reception take place in the same space) The inclusive package also consists of 2 wooden spools, a large black welding archway, and our picnic areas, and fire pits.

This package includes the venue for the day (10 hours) to include a 1 hour ceremony time and 4 hour event time. Extra hours for set up and take down/clean up & walk through with venue management staff.

Our luxury package includes all the amenities in the basic and inclusive packages. The luxury package adds on the use of our audio and visual equipment, our climbing tower for photos, and the basic set up of tables and chairs, take down of tables and chairs as well as basic clean up and trash removal.

Need extra time for set up?
If the day prior to your event is available you can rent the facility from 2 pm until 9pm for extra set up time or to plan a rehearsal dinner. All for an extra $1000.
