Oh cool. Your reception can be bowling. Most Bowling allies have music for adults and kids. Kids line dance is the Cha-Cha Slide. It is a fun dance even adults can get involved in it. They do have bars in bowling allies as well. So you and your guests can bowl and dance at the same time. What is the theme of your wedding. Are you having the wedding there as well.

I think you should theme it "Rock 'n Roll Bride & Groom" and have a 50's bowling alley feel. You could rent a jute box with 50's song during cocktails while serving fun finger foods like mini burgers & fries served in shot glassess, mini hot dogs, small bags of popcorn, and milk shakes served in plastic martini glasses, and miniature cheese cakes or other sweets. You can set up cocktails in one area.

The main area where you will be serving dinner should be set up with a dj who is dressed like Elvis or a 50s character and serve a variety of food. Have your decor 50's inspired and wear one of those sweet bird-cage veils. As a favor, you can buy pez with a cartoon character or find one with a brie & groom. Below are some links to give you ideas. If you need help with invites, thank you cards, banners and the like, my company offers that as well as photography. Do let me know if you have questions. All the best!

I have honestly never thought of having a wedding reception at a bowling alley. But I would say that you definitely need a them that is as fun and unconventional as your venue. Good Luck! I'd love to know what you come up with!!
