I'm opening my personal Victorian home and garden area for small intimate weddings and receptions. When considering a venue like this for your wedding, what is the most important question you'd have for me before making your reservation?

As another vendor rather than a potential client I will bet that one of the first questions will be about cost. The next will probably be the number of guests you can reasonably accommodate.
