Sunset Restaurant is across from the beach in Malibu, Bel Air Bay Club overlooks the beach from above and then there's always the Four Seasons, The Biltmore in Santa Barbara. All places we think are beautiful and they all have a different budget. You can also look into getting a private residence, some of those can be rented for your ceremony.

the best spot is shoreline park overlooking santa barbara, it's harbor and the mountains. see http://www.mauidforever.com/wedding-locations/santa-barbara/santa_barbara_locations.php or http://hawaiianstyleweddings.com/wedding-locations/santa-barbara/santa-barbara-wedding-venues.htm

Seascape is great if you are looking for something along the central coast. It is about 30 minutes suth of Santa Cruz.

Brockton Villa is a historic landmark across from the cove in La Jolla, just north of San Diego. Great place to have an intimate rehearsal dinner or wedding. Many people get married at the park across the street and then come here for their even.
