Im having a musical sixteenth birthday bash. I need help with it though. the theme is red carpet broadway. i need to find an amazing venue in new orleans, la. i need help with it.

What I would do is check with the smaller theaters. they could be theaters for plays, for performance and some movie theaters can remove the chairs and you can bring in your own stuff. Most have stages and rent out the space. You can get tables, chairs and use the stage for dj/dancing. you can put a red runner in front of the theater and add sashes for the main person of honor with their entourage. you can also order posters from staples with your photo and attach them to the entrance of the theatre.
