I am looking for a hall/event space for my engagement party for about 100 people on 2/16 in Manhattan, NY. Not looking for anything too expensive or fancy, but something classy. Party will be similar to a cocktail party with small plates, appetizers and drinks and dancing for about 4 hours. Need to work quickly. Any suggestions?

I am looking for hall space for my son engagement party for about 100 people in philadelphia pa on 2/16/2013 not looking for expensive or fancy .I will bring my food &drink.no alcohol.only 4 hours.need to work quickly THANKS
