Check out the Two Moon Art House. If the wedding isn't too huge, they could probably fit the bill. They have catering available, but probably will let you bring your own food.

If anyone knows of a Cheap hall I can rent for my daughters Sweet 16th. Birthday I would appreciate any feedback. I am in Carson California.
