I am looking to rent a venue for my daughter's 18th birthday party around 30-40 guests no catering needed want to be able to bring my own food and drinks just want to rent the place for 5-6 hours in N side of town of Tucson, AZ. Will have a DJ. I am on a very tight budget so, the less expensive the better.

Hi, I'm looking for a nice vendor for a sweet 16 Party.Not so big but big for her friend and family. So fare we have between 20/50
friends and family.Her birthday is February 20.I wanna have it on Sat.23 between 7pm to 12am.We have our own catering and planer so we don't need that.I'm just looking for a building or a vender to is real nice warm in side.With a kitchen and room to dance and have fun.I stay in kannapolis. I would like one in kannapolis so people know where it's gonna be at.

Wow there's a lot of you needing help with birthday parties! I am an event planner with The Dolce Design, and I am happy to speak with anyone about planning an event/researching vendors/etc. We are a nation-wide firm, so we are available at most of the locations mentioned in this thread.
Some general advice: start with a budget! Plan your budget before researching venues and other vendors so that you know exactly how much you have available for each. Then after deciding on a general theme, start looking for venues. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you are touring a venue (catering policies, DJ/music policies, alcohol policies, associated fees, what the venue can and can't provide, etc).
Please feel free to contact me, and I'd be happy to give you advice or answer any questions that you have. I've been an event planner for several years, and I have planned at least a couple hundred of events so I'm happy to help!
