Looking for a places for my grand daughter 16 party more grown ups than teens. In goose creek sc she has been threw alot the lost of of her mother. I want to make it special but keep it within my budget.

Hi im throwing a sweet 16 party and i am looking for a hall/ place to throw it at. I want it to feel like a club and there will be more teens than adults. I want the rental to be in a certain budget i live in Brooklyn, ny. I would love if you could help me plan the perfect party
