Hi, I'm planning my 18th Birthday in the Toronto Area. I'm trying to find a venue that I can have nice simple decor that I can work with, a good buffet and an area for a DJ/Dance. However I have a Budget of $3000, I could go a little bit over ($200?) but nothing too much. I've already canvassed a couple of places...
